- Check-in from 2pm at the Lodge.
- Enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Play game of pool, or table tennis, maybe a refreshing swim or relax in the spa. You could relax whilst enjoy watching the Foxtel sport in the Cinema room or head down to the driving range for a quick practise.
- Evening – A private wine tasting of a selection of private cellar premium Hunter Valley Wines.
- Enjoy a hearty welcome gourmet BBQ dinner including premium wines.
Day 2
- Breakfast at leisure
- Transport to and from the course for 18 holes of golf with cart. Lunch pack provided.
- 3 Course gourmet dinner with a private chef and premium wines.
Day 3

- Self Drive to the course for 18 holes of golf with cart. Lunch pack provided.
Three Nights – Four Day Package
Day 1

The accommodation is unique with its unique hunting lodge appeal and absolute comfort.
As a special birthday event our 20 friends enjoyed a fabulous weekend of food, wine, golf and games. How good are games!! The welcome BBQ and wine tasting got everyone warmed up socialising, cooking and tasting wines which was preceded by a couple of hours playing snooker, table tennis and giant chess . All this while watching golf replays in the background on the big screen. A few people braved the pool and Spa but we were mostly occupied elsewhere. The two golf days at Cypress Lakes and The Vintage were impressive where we organised our own internal golf event. The non golfers went to the wineries while others took time out in some local health spa’s. We couldn’t wait to get back to the Bison Den to continue our games and await the big gourmet dinner ahead. Well the 3 Course Dinner was amazing, fabulous quality and service a credit you! I wanted to take the Chef home!
A slow start the next day saw the Golf leaderboard tighten up with much sledging as we headed to the first tee at the Vintage. As it turned out my wife won the event which my mates continually remind me about!
We had our last dinner on the third night with pizza’s beer and wine and the presentation of course, several winners as in long drives, NTP’s and of course the winner … did I mention it was my wife LOL, the Lodge provide a lovely trophy … which I see every day!!
